Adiabatic Cooling
Every day, huge quantities of fresh water are consumed through the use of traditional evaporative systems for the heat dissipation of industrial processes (cooling towers). The increasing shortage of water resources, the difficulty in finding them and the constantly increasing costs are pushing the industry towards this new technology, able to save up to 95% of water: adiabatic cooling. Portable Chillers

Cap Cooler is a unit specifically designed for uniform post-cooling of the caps and to guarantee dimensional stability after molding and before handling. The innovative cooling system results in constant quality, drastically reducing ovalization and deformation of the caps. 2 models are available up to a capacity of 70,000 caps/hour or higher.

Material Drying
Drying of plastics enhances quality of molding.
Moisture content in plastics adversely affects the quality of molding. Excessive moisture in resins leads to products with unacceptable sturdiness, silver streaks, and holes. Dryers serve to remove moisture from resins to prevent defective products. Alternatively, they are also used to raise the temperature of the material and assist in plasticization during molding.

Mixing rigid or plasticized PVC
- dry-blend obtained from polymers in suspension, emulsions or mass
- They are the ideal solution in the transformation industry when good quality thermoplastic material must be combined with high hourly throughput.
- The vessel lid can be supplied in different configurations; the internal surfaces are in stainless steel; the closure plug, is operated by a pneumatic cylinder and is adapted to fit the internal shape of the vessel.

Side Gating
The tip gate including side gating is the most commonly used gating method. Acceptable for crystalline and amorphous materials, this gating method relies on gate diameter, gate area cooling, and temperature control at the tip to optimize the part quality. Tip gating or side gating leaves a small mark on the molded part surface (gate vestige)
The size of this mark is directly related to the gate geometry and material properties. The less notch sensitive the thermoplastic, or the larger the gate diameter, the more the vestige will protrude. For this reason, the gate is often sunk into a spherical depression (referred to as a ‘technical gate’) so that the mark does not protrude above the part surface. Tip gating is generally not suitable for shear-sensitive and highly filled materials due to the high temperature/high shear effects of the relatively small gate.
The Melt-Disk provides hot tip performance for edge gate applications. One of the distinct advantages of the Melt- Disk over an edge gate is that the cold slug is eliminated, allowing it to be used to gate thinner wall parts. The Melt-Disk offers direct gating with up to eight gates per nozzle in close proximity.
Melt-CUBE technology provides precise cavity-to-cavity balance, excellent vestige control, easy servicing, and low injection pressures for a variety of crystalline and amorphous side gating applications. The Melt-CUBE product is perfect for deep draw parts such as pipettes, syringe barrels, needle shields, or smaller parts where only side gating is permitted.
