Mold-Masters now represented by Plastrading in Southern Africa
P&CT will provide support to Businesses irrespective of where they source their products
Mold-Masters leading manufacturer and supplier of hot-runners, temperature controllers, and co-injection units are now represented by Plastrading in Southern Africa. Plastrading/P&CT intended to give close support to any business using Mold-Masters products.
Benjamin Cockram Managing director of Plastrading/P&CT explains what the agency is bringing to Southern African businesses. According to Benjamin Plastrading/P&CT are already supplying the Mold-Masters E-Multi Units to people who need to upgrade a machine to be able to make 2-K parts.
P&CT will provide support to Businesses irrespective of where they source their products. “Businesses may buy molds from local toolmakers or elsewhere in the world but if they arrive here with Mold-Masters hot-runners in them Plastrading/P&CT will be able to supply the type of close support to keep them running,” Benjamin said. Plastrading/P&CT will achieve this by keeping common spares here in South Africa or efficiently managing the sourcing of critical spares from Canada. P&CT will also train technicians with skills to install, service, and troubleshoot the hot-runners, controllers, and the E-Multi units or any other Mold-Masters products.
Plastrading/P&CT has the skills to also support local toolmakers in sourcing the right hot-runners for their tools
In due time Benjamin believes the skills P&CT have and will develop may help encourage businesses in Southern Africa to choose Mold-Masters as their preferred supplier of hot-runners. Plastrading/P&CT has the skills to also support local toolmakers in sourcing the right hot-runners for their tools. This is an important part of the business for Plastrading/P&CT and is also important in its plan to be relevant to its customers as solutions providers.
